Over 30 kite boarders and 40 Wind surfers showed off the skills in the Blue waters of the Nylon Pool just off the beach, spanning from the Buccoo Barrier Reef to the Lagoon.

A radical regatta

“What a radical regatta!” those were the words used by a young onlooker, who stood amazed at the antics of the kite boards and windsurfers. He went on to say that the addition of the Kites and windsurfers to the Big boat regatta is such an obvious choice and wondered why it was never done before. “Its so obvious they never saw it, that’s radical that they just went ahead and DID IT! “
